As a hotel assistant, the hotel rooms are your realm. Your work makes sure that our guests feel at home when they stay with us. You take care of cleaning, laundry, decorating and breakfast. In the third year of your apprenticeship, you look after guests at the reception desk.

During your apprenticeship as a hotel administrator, you receive bookings at the reception or front desk and work closely with the tourist board, the authorities and travel agencies. You are in charge of payroll accounting and customer payments. Your workplaces are the reception desk and the office.

With your work, you ensure that our guests are pleasantly surprised every single day! You plan the day-to-day in the kitchen, receive fresh and prepared products and check their quality. You learn how to turn high-quality, seasonal products into delicious meals and present them attractively on the plate.

You make sure that our guests are in good hands. As a restaurant assistant, you give them a warm welcome and show them their table. You know all the important information about the food and drink on offer and help our guests make their choice. Behind the scenes, you prepare simple dishes yourself and mix a wide range of cocktails. You also look after the facilities, machines and equipment around the restaurant.

The hotel is your stage, the guests are your fans. During your apprenticeship as a hotel communications specialist, you will learn everything there is to know about communications in a hospitality context. In the beginning, you will be placed in the kitchen and in housekeeping to see what keeps the hotel running behind the scenes. After that, you will be ready to work at the reception desk and in customer service.

Beauticians specialise in the health and beauty of the skin. During your apprenticeship, you will be treating clients at our Tamina Therme and advise them on suitable skincare routines. You will learn about products and techniques that keep the skin healthy and glowing.

As a logistics expert, you transport, store and distribute goods of all kinds. You receive incoming goods and check them against lists before ensuring that they are stored correctly. You regularly inspect the inventory and forward goods at the right time with the correct documentation.

During your apprenticeship as an IT specialist, you learn to provide technical support to clients and find solutions for their problems. You set up new devices, install and configure servers, monitor networks and develop software.

As a facilities caretaker, you monitor and maintain the building facilities. You change window gaskets, light bulbs, locks and fuses, make sure the heating, electrical installations are in working order and fix dripping taps.

As a media technician, you work in various fields of communications technology. You design websites, create presentations and organize events. You learn about multimedia, design, marketing, informatics and administration.
