2. What data do we process and where does this data come from?

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz AG processes the following data in connection with video recordings:

  • Image recordings from surveillance cameras
  • Technical information, e.g. location of the camera, time of recording

The video recording is indicated by a pictogram. Recording is generally continuous (24/7).

3. For what purposes are the data processed?

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz AG processes the personal data listed above for the following purposes:

  • For the prevention of crime
  • To investigate possible criminal offences and enforce legal claims, e.g. in the context of criminal proceedings
  • To maintain house rules, in particular to prevent and prosecute property damage, vandalism, break-ins and theft

4. To whom are the data disclosed and are the data transferred abroad or to an international organization?

The personal data may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities upon presentation of a disclosure/surrender order. The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz AG processes the personal data in Switzerland.
